Liquid dairy products

GEA Filtration supplies membrane filtration such as reverse osmosis, nano-, micro and ultra filtration for plants for the separation of liquid components or increase of the solids content. Membrane filtration is a fractionation process of e.g. whey, which can be used for the production of a variety of value added and specialty products such as WPC (Whey Protein Concentrate).

GEA TDS supplies a full range of engineering services including planning, project financing, installation, and automation of process lines and turnkey plants for milk, milk products, desserts and fruit juice.

GEA Procomac designs, manufactures and services a wide range of products that cover the most important parts of a complete filling line for milk, juice, water and other beverages in PET bottles. GEA Procomac specializes in aseptic filling equipment for sensitive drinks in PET bottles. They also supply end-of-line equipment and packaging systems in a one-stop shop solution from liquid to pallet of finished products.

GEA Diessel is regarded a pioneer in the field of metering and data technology on collection trucks. GEA Diessel mobile measuring systems are mainly used on collecting trucks for the automated intake of raw milk at the farmer.

Whole Milk, Skim Milk

GEA Process Engineering France specializes in the design and supply of falling film evaporators for the dairy industry. The evaporator produces concentrates in long uninterrupted runs while keeping fouling, product loss, and bacteriological growth at an absolute minimum.
