Coffee concentrate

Juice

The patented freeze concentration technique is a low temperature process, which creates and separates out water only as pure ice crystals without loss of quality or aroma. The technique is ideal for heat sensitive products. The technique makes it possible to produce high quality products with preserved product properties and almost indistinguishable from the fresh juice. GEA Process Engineering France is an expert in evaporation within the dairy industry and for infant milk formula, and GEA Wiegand specializes in evaporation of other food products like juice and coffee. On the North American market the evaporator activities are undertaken by GEA Process Engineering Inc.
